Electro Soft, Inc. (ESI) was founded by Jim and Sheila Wallace in 1986 and operates out of its offices located at 113 Keystone Drive, Montgomeryville Pennsylvania, USA. In the words of Mr. Wallace they are in the business of providing “Manufacturing Solutions”.

ESI supplies industrial electronic components, assembly services for Wave Soldering and Surface Mount Soldering of circuit boards. ESI manufactures Wire Harnesses, Cable Assemblies, and Panel Assemblies to Original Equipment Manufacturers and the United State Government. The Company’s aim is to capitalize on an array of opportunities in order to expand its niche. ESI has already installed improved the efficiency of operations and is in the process of evaluating the cost and profitability of each product. With profitability as its major consideration, the Company is expanding its sales in strategic areas.

ESI is one of the largest independent contract manufacturers for Circuit Boards, and Wire Harnesses in its market area; ESI has an operating history of over fifteen (15) years.

The Company is a successful and growing Company and now occupies over 18,000 square feet of office and warehouse space. At this time, the Company is experiencing generating a revenue stream in the $3,600,000 to $4,600,000 range. The opportunity to grow this base at a minimum rate of five to ten percent is excellent. Because of this fact, ESI will be seeking to acquire capital funding to continue its expansion.

The Company

ESI employs 24 full time and 3 part time employees based out of its corporate headquarters in Montgomeryville, Pa. Over the past ten years, ESI has become the largest independent manufacturer of its kind in the local market.

The Company has a strong base of Clients, including significant relationships with FMC, True Position, Micro Trac and more. The Company’s new aggressive sales approach and the quality of its services are the basis for ESI’s strong reputation as the value leader in the industry.

The company’s current and future success is primarily due to the fact that it has established itself as a “Value Added” supplier of its core products.

The “Value Added” proposition is based upon the company’s ability to customize the Electric Components, Circuit Boards, and Electronic Wire Harness and Cable Assemblies to it markets. The following are just two of the customizations offered:

  • The first being our expertise in recommending modifications in design that reduce the overall price our Clients quote to their customers, which improves the profit margins for our Clients.

  • The second is our ability to offer cost effective substitutions in components in order to meet rapid turnaround times with high quality products, thus enabling our Clients to be more responsive to the needs of their customers.

ESI is the only company in the local area with this capability. Additionally the company has grown and will continue to grow because it serves a market segment that is not cost effective for larger out of state companies. In the event you are a Client that needs $50,000.00 in volume of a customized design it is nearly impossible to get what you need in a timely manner and at a competitive price. ESI Inc. is a “Solutions Provider”, solving its Client’s problems that in turn create real value to its market segment.

In addition to this base of operations, ESI is in the midst of expansion and Client growth. The new opportunities in ESI, Night Vision Optics, and Air Craft Glare Shields offer extremely good margins for the Company and a good value for this expanding Client base.

Initially the Company will be able to produce better margins with the advantage of not having to initially increase the amount of personnel through increased efficiencies and pricing alterations. The Company is seeking to add to an additional Engineering Design Associate as well as additional Sales Staff in the near future in order to maximize its revenue generating effectiveness.
